I didn't realize how much I lost until I went to buy a dress for a wedding. Jazzercise really works! |

I started Jazzercise in May 2004, weighing 183 pounds, with a 36 inch waist. Presently, I weigh 161 pounds and have a 33 inch waist. I have more energy and do not feel short of breath when I climb stairs. This spring I ran in the Susan G Komen 5k race. My trips to the chiropactor have lessened and my back pain has decreased. An old adage says," A picture is worth a thousand words," so I will say little else except, "Give Jazzercise a try. It's fun and it works!" |

I think Jazzercise is a very safe and effective program for health and weight loss. I'm a physical therapist, and I recommend Jazzercise to all my clients who want to start an exercise program. The movements are safe and can modified for everyone. If you want great results, try Jazzercise. |
November 30,2008 It's been a year since I found Jazzercise and I cannot put into words how much it has changed my life! Last year I was overweight and depressed. I had tried other exercise classes, but they just didn't work for me. I had given up and come to the conclusion that I had reached the age where being overweight was just a part of life. Then one day in the paper last September, I read about Jazzercise from Stacy Walls. I cut it out and put it on the refrigerator. Of course, it took me until November,2 2007 to finally try it. I found in Jazzercise a place to workout by having fun. It changed my life and made a lot of friends. I cannot thank all the dynamic instructors enough for their enthusiasm and inspiration! During the first few months,I didn't really lose a lot of weight. I started at 162 pounds and by January I was down to 152 pounds. Then the pounds not only dropped off--I felt like a new person. I now weigh 134 pounds and I feel great! I did this by going to class 3 times a week and jazzin' it up. I will be a jazzier for life! Jazzier for life, Faith Dangerfield I am second from the right in the front row. |
